Sleeping Dogs digital release date has been revealed following the Russell Crowe thriller’s positive audience reception. Directed by Adam Cooper, Sleeping Dogs stars Crowe as a former detective who battles memory loss while attempting to solve a chilling case from his past, with Karen Gillan, Tommy Flanagan, and Marton Csokas also starring. The film, which serves as an adaptation of E.O. Chirovici’s novel, The Book of Mirrors, has a lackluster 39% critics’ score on Rotten Tomatoes, but a much higher audience score of 92%.
Now, Collider reports that Sleeping Dogs is set to become available for digital rental and purchase starting on April 9. The news comes less than two weeks after the film debuted in theaters on March 22.
