Dave Bautista’s new action movie Trap House adds several new stars. Bautista is an accomplished action star known for roles in films like Guardians of the Galaxy, Dune, and Knock at the Cabin. He will soon star in the action movie Trap House, which is written by Fast and Furious writer Gary Scott Thompson.

As per Deadline, Trap House has now cast several of its other main stars. This includes roles for Jack Champion, Sophia Lillis, Kate del Castillo, Tony Dalton, Whitney Peak, Bobby Cannavale, Inde Navarrette, Zaire Adams, and Blu del Barrio. The nature of the roles for these new actors is yet undisclosed, but all nine new actors have officially signed onto the Bautista project.

What To Expect from Trap House

The new members of the Trap House cast bring with them a wide array of backgrounds. Cannavale is perhaps the most seasoned actor on the list, having acted in a number of projects, including The Irishman, Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle, and Mr. Robot. Dalton is known for playing Lalo Salamanca in 22 episodes of Better Call Saul. Lillis and Champion are newer rising stars, with Lillis getting her start in her breakout role in It and Champion getting recognition through playing the role of Spider in 2022’s Avatar: The Way of Water.

Adams, Navarrette, and Barrio are all lesser known actors. Navarrette played a role in season 4 of 13 Reasons Why as well as a main part in the series Superman & Lois. Adams is known for Senior Year, whereas Barrio played a role in Star Trek: Discovery. Thus, the cast of Trap House combines veteran talent with up-and-coming stars. This will create an interesting dynamic among the ensemble of Trap House.

The plot of Trap House focuses on the story of a DEA agent and his partner who embark on a cat-and-mouse game with the most daunting group of thieves yet: their own teenage children. Said children have begun robbing from a cartel using top-secret intel from their parents. While the specific roles are unconfirmed, several of the younger stars, such as Champion and Lillis, are likely to play these teenage roles.
